May 6th, 1993- 1:45 P.M. - Steve Jones - Mike Allen Locate 1st Body - Thurs. - May 6th, 1993 - 2:45 p.m. - 1st Body Removed from Creek. - Body Was Nude - Wrist + feet tied together - Tied with what appears to be shoe laces. - Abrasion to his left side of forehead. - Blood Coming from Nose after being taken from the water - - 3-Pairs of what appears to be blue Jeans from the Creek.
Two officers are in the Creek. They are. Sgt. Mike Allen + Det. Bryan Ridge.
Also found in the Creek was a Cub Scout Cap. Found three pairs of tennis shoes.

Time: 2:56 p.m - Det. Ridge - Locates 2nd Body. Approx. 25ft South of 1st Body - (this is a Visual guess) Body is tied in the same fashion as the first. Feet are pointing up stream - (North)

Head of #2 is pointing down Stream (South) #2- Body has Several Wounds the left Side of his face. (possibly just one large wound)
2:59 p.m. [this time was written in the margin and appears to have been added later] #3 - Body Located - 5ft South of #2 Body. feet are facing (North) head facing (South) #3 Body is also tied in the Same fashion - tennis shoe strings. Blood is Coming from ear. (left) This Child has his Penis removed. There is a large whole there where Penis + testicles - Should be.

Sgt. Allen - Recovered a Partial Shoe print. West Side of Bank where #2 - Body Was located. Near #1 Body - 3 - pair of Jeans were located. [the word Boy is crossed out] Cub Scout - Blue / Yellow Cap Located. also three pairs of tennis Shoes located by #1 Body.

Left Shoe - Tennis (CUGA - Shoe) - Black / Purple Shoe / Black lace is still there. Rest of the tennis Shoes located do not have shoe strings in them. Cub Scouts of america Shirt Located in Creek Close to Body #1 - 1 Pair of Jeans found is a Rustler Brand - 7 - Slim Turned inside Out. Cub Scout Shirt - Size 8 1-Pair of Nientendo Super Mario Underwear - Located Size 6 Located Close to Body #1 1 - Under Shirt - Blk / White - White designs - turned inside out Located Close to #1 Body 1 - Size 8 - Coast Highway Brand - Stripped Shirt - Surfboard design - turned inside out. Located Close to Body #1 3:55 p.m. [this time was written in the margin and appears to have been added later] 5-6-93 - Kent Hale - Coroner - arrived on Scene. Will I.D. boys found also present was members of West Memphis Utility. They brought to the Scene a Water pump and Sand Bags so to Block of the Creek and pump the Water Out So to Search Creek Bottom

also Present were Members of Crittenden County Search + Rescue. They Were there as a Search Party attempting to locate the kids, while Still Listed as Missing. This Organization located the two bicycles which were taken from under the Pipe crossing the Ten Mile Bayou. OFFicer Shane Griffin - Drug Task Force, Was present and took control of the Bicycles - Det. Burch photographed the recovery of the Bicycles.
1st Measurement from the Large tree on the East side of the Bank will be 147 from where Body was found - from the large on West Bank, 106, from the tree at the top of the Bank South of that Location is 188, which is a triangle Location.
#2 Body 27 South of #1 Body #3 Body 32 South of Body #1 42 - is the Width of the [the word Stream is crossed out] Creek Where body #1 Was found.
