LISA SAKEVICIUS

having been first duly sworn to speak the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, then testified further as follows:

REDIRECT EXAMINATION

By Mr. Fogleman:

Q: You are the same witness who testified yesterday, I believe?

A: That's correct.

Q: Yesterday after you left, some mention came up about whether or not there was any evidence of candles at the scene. Did you find any evidence of candle wax in your examinations?

A: On the item, my E-2 item, which was a shirt, I did find a blue wax.

Q: Item E-2, which is state's exhibit 44, the white polka dot shirt, correct?

A: That's correct.

Q: What did you find on this shirt?

A: Blue wax.

Q: Is that blue wax consistant with candle wax?

A: Yes.

Mr. Fogleman: Your Honor, may we approach the bench?

(THE FOLLOWING CONFERENCE WAS HELD AT THE BENCH OUT OF THE HEARING OF THE JURY)

Mr. Fogleman: Your Honor, I intend to ask her about - in the execution of the search warrant - about the paintings, nature of paintings - that were in Jason's room.

Mr. Wadley: Judge, that doesn't go to -

Mr. Ford: That doesn't have anything to do with anything.

Mr. Fogleman: Your Honor, the expert is going to testify that teenage experimenters involved in this, that one of the things they do - the ones that are into art, their art changes to a goulish art.

Mr. Ford: How do we know what his art was at one point and that it ever changed?

Mr. Wadley: Judge, this is not proper through this witness.

The Court: Was it something seized?

Mr. Fogleman: No, it was something she saw.

Mr. Wadley: It was not seized, Your Honor. It was not part of the search warrant. It wasn't seized. They go there looking for specific items, Your Honor.
