Sanders: The day that uh - the night that we had went to Splash, his store was open and he's not open on uh - the weekend. I have an auction sale on Sunday and that takes up all of my day, right there. By time I'm through with it, I don't go anywhere.
Davidson: Ok, so uh - prior to going to Splash with Mr. DeWitt, uh - were you working with him that day?
Sanders: Yes sir, he had needed some help moving some things around in the store and uh - he was gonna buy some stoves, I thought he needed help unloading them, so I stuck around the store that day to help him work.

And he was lucky, he got it back.
Davidson: Ok. And all this happened on this same occassion?
Sanders: Yes sir.
Davidson: Ok. And one more time, I kinda skipped over it, where were your children?
Sanders: At home.
Davidson: At home, ok. (pause) That's all your Honor.

Sanders: Probably 3 to 4 times.
Davis: Ok. And had you gone to Splash before this particular night?
Sanders: No sir.
Davis: Ok. And so if your daughter testified that on a night prior to this that ya'll were at Splash and that Damien and Jason came by the house around 9 or 10:00, then that wouldn't be correct?
