Remarks:
In the pretest interview the subject said he has never been in Robin Hood Hills and does not know the exact location of the murders. He said he does not know where the bodies were found or what was used to tie the victims.

An eleven question polygraph test was formulated and four polygraph charts were conducted. The test contained the following relevant questions:

Q. #3: Do you know what was used to tie up those three boys? A: "No"

Q: #5: Do you know the exact location where the three boys were killed?
A: "No"

Q. #7: Did you cause the death of those three boys?
A: "No"

Q. #9: Do you know who killed those three boys?
A: "No"

Q. #10: Do you know why those three boys were killed?
A: "No"

Q. #11: Were you present when those boys were killed?
A: "No"

It is the opinion of this polygraph examiner that this subject recorded significant responses indicative of deception when he answered questions 3-9 in the manner noted. It is the opinion of this polygraph examiner that this subject recorded no significant responses which would be indicative of deception when he answered questions 5-7 10-11 in the manner noted.

Conclusion: Deception indicated to questions 3-9 No deception indicated to questions 5-7-10-11

In the post test interview, the subject said he thinks shoe laces were used to tie the boys because logic tells him that the killer would use something already there. He also said he thinks the father of Steve Branch killed the boys.

NOTE: The subject spent three years in the state prison in Pueblo, Colorado for molesting his two step-children.
