Q. Where were you the evening of May 5th, 1993
A. On Wed. Night May 5th was at home left to go to Church around 8:15 PM had Services at 8:30 PM. [a]t the Church of God 108 S. 11th Street in West Memphis, Arkansas, Rev. Holders Church, & had services till about 11:00-11:30. [t]hinks that Wed Night that they ate at the Waffle House after services with Freddie Coulter & a female named Marie Last Name Unknown. Sir Mikeal Williams Stated that King David Beasley takes him to the services & that he video tapes every service.
Q. When you Pulled out to go to church services do you remember seeing anyone or anything strange
A. When we Pulled out normally the lady accross the street is sitting out, he doesn’t remember if she was out that evening.

A. cont – stated he didn’t remember seeing anything unordinary.
Q. Were you in the yard that evening before services.
A. stated that he doesn’t go outside much, mostly when he goes outside its leaving in the car to go somewhere.
Q. when did you get to this Area?
A. got to Memphis the 5th of March, moved into 1401 Goodwin, Tuesday the 4th day of May, church members house.

A. in los Angelos about 3 years ago

A. 1984 in Pine bluff for theft by Receiving over some stolen Musical Equipment. Received Probation & mother died in 1984 & Got some DW.I’s in California
