NOTICE OF APPEAL

     COMES NOW Defendant, Charles Jason Baldwin, by and through his court appointed attorneys, PAUL N. FORD and GEORGE R. WADLEY, JR., and gives notice of appeal of the judgment entered by the Court in this cause on March 19, 1994, to the Arkansas Supreme Court. Defendant also states that his Motion for New Trial was denied on April 22, 1994.

     Jurisdiction is proper before the Arkansas Supreme Court pursuant to Rule 1-2 (a) (2) of the Rules of Supreme Court.

     Defendant also certifies that a complete transcript of the trial record has been ordered from the Court Reporter, Barbara Fisher, P.O. Box 521, Paragould, Arkansas, 72451, and is certified and designated for purposes of this appeal.
