ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL

     On this day comes on to be heard the post trial motions of the defendants, Damien Wayne Echols and Charles Jason Baldwin, and the Court after reviewing the pleadings of the parties and the response by the State, finds as follows:

     1. That the Motion of both defendants for a hearing on any post trial motions is denied.

     2. That the Motion of Charles Jason Baldwin for the Honorable David Burnett, Circuit Judge, to recuse himself from any post trial motions is denied.

     3. That the Motion of both defendants, Damien Wayne Echols and Charles Jason Baldwin, for a new trial is denied.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the defendants' post trial
for a hearing on post trial motions, for the trial court
to recuse himself and for a new trial is denied.
