I Tim Dodson [address omitted] on or about May 5, 1993 I was with Tina Smith we left and went to Bud’s in West Memphis about 5:30 we was at Bud’s about 5 or 10 minutes buying cigarettes then we went to Walgreens to buy some beer that was about 6 oclock we left about 6:15 we went riding around to about 700 and went to Jake’s gas station we road out to Airport Park stayed out there about to 7:30 came back into town at 8:00 picked up Nina and Latasha and we came home and then I took my mother’s car home about 9:00 my father brought me home about 9:15 and then we went to bed.
