Narrative:
On Friday 3-12/93, the above named complaintant and her mother came to the Sheriff's Department and reported that on 3-11-93 at approximately 4:45 PM the above named suspect struck the victim in her mouth with his fist, while at the park in Lakeshore Estates.
The victime stated that she was at the park, and observed the suspect walking in her direction with several other subjects, and when he approached her he struck her in the mouth.
The victim stated that this incident was possibly stemming from a prior incident where the suspect had told several persons that he has had sexual relations with the victim, and at that time, the victim stated that she confronted the suspect and told his that these allegations were untrue.
The victim stated that she ran from the park area, and his with a friend until her mother could be notified, and the Sheriff's Department could send a deputy.
