I, Tina Smith [omitted] on or about 5th May 1993 I was with Tim Dodson. We left home at 5:30 went to Bud’s in West Memphis we was there 5 or 10 minutes buy cigaretts. And we went to Walgreen to buy some beer it was about 6:00 and we left about 6:15 and rode around and went to Jack’s gas station about 7:00 and rode out to Airport Park we stay out there until 7:30 left come back into twon 8:00 we pick Nina and Latasha up and we went home and Tim took s his mom’s car home about 9:00 His dad brought him back it was about 9:15 He came in to the house and went to bed.
