Talked with the father of Moore and his daughter at P.D. 5-8-93. he stated that his son had a Blue Boy scout type wallet and believed that he was wearing a small star shaped Badge with the name Mike on it when he disappeared. The Badge was bought a few days before and victim kept it on his Cub scout shirt he was wearing at the time of his disappearance.
